This project consisted of the construction of 4 dwelling units (3 no. 3 bedroom houses and 1 no. 4 bedroom house (Universally Accessible Unit)) on behalf of Limerick City & County Council.
Included in this project was the hard landscaping including the replacement of existing footpaths, new entranceways, boundary treatments and boundary walls, upgrading and re-routing of foul sewers and surface water drainage and all associated site works.
