Jada Construction carried out the Construction of 5 dwelling houses on behalf of Limerick City & County Council at Kileely Road, Limerick
This was a 9 month project, which consisted of the demolition of an existing bungalow on site, and the provision of five residential units (two of these consist of a three bed, 5 person unit, two consist of a two bed 3 person unit and one is a four bed 7 person unit with universal access).
Included in this project was the hard landscaping including the the replacement of existing footpaths, new entrance ways, boundary treatments and boundary walls, parallel parking on the adjacent road, the upgrading of foul sewers and surface water drainage and all associated site works.
The homes are finished to the highest standard and offer bright, spacious family accommodation with lots of open spaces ideal for modern day living.
In April 2021, Jada Projects Limited completed Construction of 5 residential units on Kileely Road, Limerick. The works were delivered to a high standard achieving compliance with planning, building regulations and contractual requirements. I was highly satisfied with the performance of Jada and would look forward to working with them again on future projects
