Working as PSCS, Jada Construction carried out works for the development of an existing Rehab Centre for ‘Cuan Mhuire’ in Bruree, Co. Limerick.
The contract consisted of the extension of 30 Beds with an associated Rehab facility unit.
The existing facility was in operation during the construction programme of twelve months.
The works included UPVC windows and doors, a new Mechanical and Electrical System carried out by Niall O’Connor Heating and Plumbing and Pure Electrical.
Other works included Precast flooring and the installation of a new lift well and a trussed roof.
All internal works were included such as flooring, walling, new beds, lockers, wardrobes and tiling.
The new building extended out from the existing building.
Alterations were carried out to the existing on site car park, signage was installed, connections to water, ESB telecom mains and all site ancillary site works were also completed.
