An essential project to help nurture tourism in Spanish Point, this project comprised the delivery of a newly-refurbished, altered and extended public toilet block at Spanish Point in County Clare. At the same time, the lifeguard station attached to the block was also upgraded.

The existing infrastructure was upgraded/replaced and a new treatment system was included. All site services were also upgraded. An additional consideration was the environmental sensitivity of the area – along with the importance of a tight, 12-week completion programme.
