This project formed Phase 2 of a broader masterplan development, which ultimately delivered a total of 80 residential units.

The works included the full provision of plant and equipment, alongside the installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels to each dwelling. External works were a key component of the project and included:

• Comprehensive landscaping and public realm enhancements
• Provision of car parking, both on-curtilage and off-curtilage
• Construction of internal roadways, including tarmacadam finishes
• Development of shared surface areas for both pedestrian and vehicular use

The development comprises a mix of two- and three-storey residential blocks, arranged around two dedicated external green spaces to enhance amenity value for residents.

The buildings predominantly feature monopitch roof designs, with the parapet elevation rising one storey higher, creating a distinctive architectural profile.

Construction was primarily based on traditional masonry cavity wall systems, including:

• Blockwork inner leaf with facing brick to principal elevations
• Rendered blockwork finishes to rear elevations
• Timber joist construction to upper floors, supplemented by structural steel elements where required
• Pitched roof structures formed using prefabricated timber trusses

Balconies were incorporated throughout the scheme, designed as a combination of projected and recessed elements, constructed using brick-clad concrete with integrated thermal breaks.

Each dwelling was designed to meet modern energy efficiency standards and was equipped with:

• Air-to-water heat pump systems
• Full central heating installations
• Individual photovoltaic (PV) panels to support renewable energy generation
