This project comprised the construction of 18 high-quality residential units at Beal an Inbhir, Kilrush, County Clare. Jada Construction acted as Main Contractor, assuming full responsibility for the delivery of the development from construction through to completion. A collaborative and integrated approach was central to the project’s success. We worked closely with a multidisciplinary design team, including architectural and civil and structural consultants, to ensure a coordinated design solution aligned with the client’s requirements and all relevant regulatory standards.

The project incorporated Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), specifically Category 2 – Pre-Manufacturing (2D primary structural systems), through the use of panelised timber frame construction.

Off-site manufactured timber frame systems were supplied and installed by Cygnum, who also fulfilled the role of roofing contractor. This approach enabled improved programme certainty, enhanced quality control, and reduced on-site construction time.
