Jada Construction were employed by Galway County Council to demolish 2 existing detached single storey bungalows and construct a terrace of 5 no. two storey nZEB energy efficient, pitched roof dwellings, consisting of 3 no. 2 bed houses and 2 no. 3 bed houses.

External works included the formation of front and rear walls, railings and landscaping, with other associated site works.

Jada Projects Limited acted as PSCS, and oversaw all aspects of construction, including liaising with the Design team, connection of all services (ESB, Water, Sewer) and ensured Health and Safety on site was always exceptional.

Throughout this project, Jada Projects Limited liaised with OBFA Architects, McKenna Consulting Engineers, Healy Consulting Engineers and Carrig Construction Consultancy to deliver this project to a high standard.

The five homes offer bright, spacious family accommodation ideal for modern day living, and are finished to the highest standard.
