Jada Construction were recently awarded a Contract to construct 38 no. Social Houses at Churchfield, Limerick on behalf of Limerick City & County Council.
The Accommodation is located in the residential area of Southill, Limerick. The works consist of the following:
– Construction of 38 no. dwellings including several apartments
– All required plant, including photovoltaic panels for each individual dwelling
– External works including Landscaping works, and car parking
The project consists of a mixture of two and three storey residential housing blocks with two separate external green areas.
The project is the second phase of an overall masterplan that consists of 80 dwellings.
