Jada Projects Limited were appointed as Main Contractor on a Development of two residential buildings on a vacant corner site at the junction of Clare Street and Lelia Place in Limerick City. The scheme included a 2–4 storey building accommodating four residential units, alongside a separate two-storey building comprising three residential units.
The scope of works included the following elements:
- Hard landscaping works, including modifications to existing footpaths, site entrances, and boundary treatments, as well as improvements to boundary walls adjoining public footpaths.
- Construction of new boundary treatments and walls to adjoining properties.
- Upgrading and diversion of foul sewer infrastructure and surface water drainage systems.
- Delivery of all associated and ancillary works
The site itself is bounded by Clare Street to the south, Lelia Place to the east, Mona Terrace (a residential terrace) to the north, and existing private residences to the west and northwest. Lelia Place is a vehicular cul-de-sac, while also providing pedestrian and cycle access to the adjacent canal bank.
