Jada Construction were recently awarded a Contract for the Re-development of Bay 135 & 137, Shannon Free Zone on behalf of Shannon Commercial Properties.
The development is located at Bay 135 & 137 in the Shannon Free Zone Industrial Estate, Co. Clare.
The building is currently unoccupied however, it has been used for office and industrial purposes in the past.
The development works include the demolition of internal partitions and change of use into office space and advanced manufacturing units.
The construction works relate to the construction of a new internal access road and car park with access to the workshops of Bay 135.
The works will also include the construction of external canopies, new glazing and building façade, internal partitions, minor structural works, drainage works, fit-out of new canteen and W.C. with all associated Mechanical and Electrical services.
